Randall Bland and his wife, Pat, are the parents of six children and have eleven grandchildren. Randall has been employed by Warren Township Schools for 15 years. Previous to that, he was employed by Indianapolis Public Schools for five years. As a teacher he has received numerous nominations, awards and commendations by students, parents, colleagues, administrators, and other outside organizations.

Randall and his family have resided in Franklin Township for 21 years. His children attended and graduated from Franklin Township schools and some of his grandchildren are currently attending. Randall is active in his church where he oversees and coordinates the activities of youth and children’s groups. Randall’s involvement with the Boy Scouts of America organization has spanned 27 years.
